We provide overall project execution using skilled, qualified and experienced engineers to execute at the field sites of the customers.

     

Interactive Training Program

On each and every project executed we provide a detailed training session on all products in the project to the customers and make it more interesting by doing it interactive. So that after the training is completed the customer shall get hands free training on the Sensors, Data loggers, Working principle, data transmission and the servers data back-up (software).

Our Customers Training programs can be characterised into a number of discrete components each addressing a different part of the overall learning process as below:

·       Knowledge Transfer: Technology, Working principle & Product detail presentations.

·       Sensor wise Training: outputs of the sensors & then integration along with Data Logger.

·       Installation Training: Sensors install on the mast / tower based on guidelines (WMO / IMD).

·       Maintenance Training: Detailed process should be followed at the time of Maintenance.

·       Calibration: As per customer requirement calibration of sensors should be done from time to time

Data Back-up & Archival

The main aim of executing the projects and systems is collection of the “DATA” at a centralised location as per the customer requirement.  It requires proper planning and expertise to handle and up-keep the data. We at GSN Hydromet Services India Private Limited provide the complete solutions and support for data back-up, Archival and dissemination.

Giving data to the customers in their prescribed format. Getting data from the field is primary task & saving the data at the desired location and getting back-up of the system is secondary and is the main focus of the end users. Using of different software’s to get streamline & archival of the data as per prescribed formats. Specialised archival systems store information more cost effectively and provide for retrieval when needed. Data archives consists of older data that is used as future reference.

We also provide solutions for cloud servers for data back-up and archiving.

Maintenance of Hydro –meteorological sensors and projects with computerised numerical controls requires special skills. Every organisation that uses the systems may not have specialised maintenance team and manpower to take care of all variety of field maintenance requirements.

We at GSN Hydromet being a system integrator are the best to support in maintenance complex network systems provided by us.To make sure that our customer uses our equipment during the life cycle of the sensors, we offer our customers the concept of Annual Maintenance Contract with comprehensive coverage of all the sensors & equipments. In order to ensure the minimum downtime of the stations – We also maintain sufficient stock for different projects. To get the best results, we carry out the regular maintenance visits by our engineer as per the site requirement and conditions.
